Metalicone has four separate manufacturing facilities at its Lavon site which are producing components for different industries: A unit for producing drums and special parts for the commercial printing industry, a unit for producing Machine-Tool components, a unit for jet engine blades forging molds and a unit for producing Aerospace parts. Among the company’s direct and non-direct end-customers are Airbus (Tier 3), Boeing (Tier 2), Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, HP, Thyssen-Krupp, DMG-Mori, Hermle and more. Aerospace Parts produced by Metalicone are used for a range of systems such as in flight control, turbines, landing gear systems and propulsion systems as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Metalicone supports its customer starting from the development phase with producing prototypes, down to the production phase. Each phase is its own project and requires expertise and precise work on each part and the mechanical system in which it operates.
